Our website is primarily used as a marketing and sales channel to new and existing customers. Depending on whether you make a purchase or not, different amounts of information about your personal identity are stored.

When purchasing in our online store
When you make a purchase at “www.cavalet.se”, you need to provide certain personal information so that we can deliver the goods to you. These are name, address, email address and telephone number. We use this information to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer, in warranty matters and for sales statistics. When choosing a payment method that requires credit information (partial payment and Klarna Invoice), a personal identification number is also required in addition to the above information. The personal information provided is saved with Klarna.

We collect information in other ways

Right to access your data . You have the right to request a copy of the information Cavalet holds about you and to verify this information.

Right to rectification. You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself.

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"). You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from immediately erasing parts of the data. These obligations may arise from accounting and tax legislation. What we then do is block the data that we are obliged to save from being used for purposes other than to fulfil such legal obligations.
