Shipping and returns

Free shipping over 200 SEK within Sweden.

Free shipping over 200 SEK within Sweden, regardless of how many products you buy, and this also applies to return shipping if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We send with DHL and the package can be picked up at the nearest delivery point. For orders placed no later than 3 pm on the day of order, a delivery time of 2-5 weekdays is estimated.

Currently we only ship within Sweden.

Payment

We think it is important that our customers find the payment method that suits them best and therefore offer different payment methods.

  • Card payment with Visa and Mastercard
  • Invoice via Klarna

You choose your payment method at check-out.

Unclaimed Packages / Shipments

Packages that have not been picked up within fourteen (14) days will be returned to Cavalet AB.
If this happens, you will be charged a fee of 299 SEK (SEK) for costs attributable to
Administration, return shipping and handling. Unclaimed packages are not covered.

Return Policy

Your right of withdrawal

We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return unused goods in the original packaging provided that you meet the rules described below. You have the right to cancel the purchase contract at any time up to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

All items must be returned in unused condition, with original tags, user instructions, warranty booklet and other labels and packaging, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for returning the products to us as soon as possible. If any goods you return under your right of withdrawal are not in resalable condition, we will not accept your return.

Please only return unused items purchased online using the procedure outlined above. Products purchased online are not eligible for refunds or returns through our retailers.

Stick the enclosed return shipping label on the original packaging and hand the package in to the agent where you picked up the package. When they see the return shipping label, they will know that we are responsible for the return shipping. The money will be refunded no later than 10 business days after we receive the return. If you have purchased against invoice, we will notify Payex, who will cancel the invoice or reduce it by the corresponding amount.

Defective products, damaged products or products that are lost during transport and incorrect delivery .

You must check whether your shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies or problems with your order, please note the type of discrepancy or problem, and please attach a picture of any shipping damage or similar. You must notify us in writing of the problem within 24 hours of the delivery date via email to customercare@cavalet.se and follow the return process described under "Your right of withdrawal". We will, where applicable, send you a new delivery notification and we will automatically and immediately send you the correct replacement product at our expense. If we are unable to send the correct replacement product, the money will be refunded as soon as possible.
