What payment methods do you offer?

When will my order arrive?
Delivery time within Sweden is approximately 4 working days. International deliveries can take up to
between 5–9 working days.
Where is my order?
The delivery confirmation contains the shipment's tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Contact us immediately on tel: 044-60300 or via email: info@cavalet.se and we can of course
help, if the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, we will contact the shipping company to
stop the order.
How do I return an item?
Return instructions: we have free returns, so contact customer service at tel:
044 - 60300 or by email: info@cavalet.se to receive a return form by email or mail.
The item must be in the same condition as when delivered, unused in the original box. Refund
takes place when the return has arrived at our warehouse.
What do I do if my package is damaged?
Have you received a package where your ordered item is damaged in any way?

Where/how can I submit my bag for repair?
Contact our spare parts department on tel: 044 - 60300 and we will guide you. You can order
spare parts online and replace it yourself or if it is a warranty matter we can accept the bag and
repair it

How do I unlock my combination lock when I have forgotten the combination?
Contact customer service on tel. 044 - 60300 or visit our page under the lock tab. Alternatively
Visit the store where you bought your bag.
How do I unlock my new bag?
Your bag will be locked with the zipper puller stuck in the lock upon delivery. The code is
preset to 0-0-0, make sure it is set and then press the small button on the lock
and the runners will fall out. You don't need a key for your new bag, this is for reference only.
